From day one it was 100% professional and prompt. I never felt like I couldn't voice my own opinion. Lara & Emily were totally open and honest with me, and the constructive criticism they gave was VITAL. It totally steered us into the direction we are now heading with the brand, and I could not be happier about it. I even made some MAJOR changes late in the game that I was so nervous about voicing, but they were sooooo understanding and totally up for changes so that I would be 100% happy with the end result, I was so thankful for that because I feel it totally made the brand EXACTLY what it is now.
